Went to ER today to check on abdominal pain and got a diagnosis of diverticulitis with no complications. So a week of antibiotics and staying away from fiber. While I'm on the antibiotics, no drinking, so that should help, and not really worrying about my diet regime (keto, etc.) We'll see what things look like next week.
